| Priority 1: Further develop opportunities for pupils to apply their numeracy skills across the curriculum in an authentic context. |
| Priority 2: Evaluate and develop accessible systems to reflect on the progress of individuals and groups of children, and further encourage the role of pupils in the assessment process so that they develop as self-reflective learners. |
| Priority 3: Develop Ysgol Pum Heol’s curriculum to effectively meet all the mandatory elements of the Curriculum for Wales and ensure that it is broad and constructive. |
| Priority 4: Further develop the school’s collaborative community and promote positive relationships between the school, parents, and the wider community. |
